Optimization and Quest of HPMC loaded Stavudine Controlled Release Dosage Development by Central Composite Design utilizing Reduced Factorial Screening Technique

The current research focused on screening and finding the significant independent variables in stavudine loaded tablet, followed by optimizing best formulation using central composite design. objective of study to develop controlled release tablet utilizing reduced factorial design, optimization technique as well characterization prepared tablets. Preliminary trial batches were different grades hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. resolution-IV design was selected screen dosage form A total number eight runs responses recorded. signified factors identified half-normal Pareto chart. tablets are evaluated for various physiochemical characterizations. Three dependent such hardness, dissolution at 6 hour 12 hours considered process. Later on, drug-polymer interaction carried out. principal based with prefixed set parameter values concept technique. It observed that HPMC K15M (57.18 %), K100 (66.32 %) PVP K30 (7.97 composition a batch would fulfill predetermined specific values.
